Why are successful black men expected to only date black women?

In grade schools black girls only wanted the players and thugs and the same in college. Well now that all my hard work has paid off and I have the nice clothes and fancy car and a hot girl I happened to meet on the job who happens to be of another race, I get dirty looks from black women who would have completely ignored me as a poor student. Whats the deal with that?

1. i dont know. I wouldnt say im successful, but my family is. and im black, but my girlfriend is white, but her family is just as successful. I really just cant date a poor chick, and black families arent usually rich
2. they are angry that you dated outside your race, and feel you have betrayed the black community. a known fact is that, the majority of black men nowadays are dating outside your race, the successful ones too. which only leaves the thugs and unemployed ones for the black women. the black women (majority) date only black men, its a thing in their head, and as they grow up they are given that mentality. so imagine, they are jealous because they think, that since your all successful now, you abandoned your black community. sorry for the long answer, i am latino but i have heard this stuff from other black people who have told me this.
3. What makes you think that hot girl who happens to be of another race wouldn't have ignored you as a poor student? It sounds like you're trying to justify your own actions without using any real logic. I think you should just get over yourself. Trust. ';-(
4. thats kind of rude to think of it in general as all black women. maybe they want you and realize they cant have you and thats wat makes them the most mad so just dont trip because people you dont know have no subject over your life besides being sisters and brothers in GOD. and hey how bout you ask them why are they so mad and giving you dirty looks.
5. They aren't. Majority of the time it seems as though when black men become a little more successful, they stray away from black women...just how it is. Not all black women give a damn who u date either. Lots of women are attracted to "so called bad boys", not just BLACK women.

7. Lol I'm pretty sure white, hispanic, and asian women ignored you when you were broke and poor as well! All races of women are attractive to bad boy types. Especially younger women. And in the black community thugs are bad boys. But not every black woman want them. Only ghetto women would want them. But you wouldn't remember that since you attended an institution that was probably incredibly easy to get into? And your probably getting dirty looks because your "giving" dirty looks. Walking around with a trophy on your arms. Nobody likes arrogance! And now you think your rich just because you graduated from some community college or historically black college and drive a 2009 honda or chevy? And you just happen to meet a white woman at starbucks? lol! I don't care how much money you think you have. I still wouldn't date your black @ss!
8. I have never heard of such expectations. However, I do hear black men and white women "claiming" that black women are jealous or intolerant on occassion. I have yet to hear or witness a black women actually getting jealous or flipping out over interracial dating.
