What kind of salary does one make for opening a successful private school and/or college?

I am starting to think about what I want to do in the future, and I'm looking into opening a private school for gifted deaf children...is this something that, if successful, pays off like owning a successful small business? What kind of money would I be looking at? Thanks!

1. There are successful public schools for the deaf. You'd have to compete against them. What kind of communication mode are you going to use? ASL? PSE? Oralism? Cued? SEE? There was one "private" school in New Mexico that only used ASL - it was a huge failure. One in Texas is used Cued and is really successful. You need to have a plan beforehand.
