1. There is undoubtedly a strong placebo effect. New Scientist magazine recently published some interesting articles showing the impressive strength of the placebo effect. I wonder how they can align sets of four LEDs into triangles; and why they chose red, white, blue and infrared rather than a more logical and straightforward red, green and blue.
2. Uh. No. No. Not at all. There's no physical mechanisms for any of what they're claiming to happen.

4. REALLY???? Quack, quack, quack (and I'm not talking about a duck, either). Don't you think that if they did that it would be in the headlines? No ethical pain doctor or physical therapist would EVER prescribe such things unless vigorously investigated in double-blind, peer-reviewed studies.
