What are some things I could write on a Happy Birthday card to someone?

I am stumped! I have a birthday card for someone, and I don't know what to write on it. Theres already a poem in the middle that the card came with , expressing the feelings for that person than it says wishing you a wonderful birthday. Well, it already got to the point. what else should I say so it won't make it seem like I spent 5 seconds on the card/!?!?!

1. If you're good friends with them, maybe an inside joke? The important thing is to just make it heartfelt. I cannot tell you a good thing to write, because I cannot put my heart into it.
