I am trying to get a job. I have successful interviews, but ending with we went with another candidate?

I keep being told I did interview well and I am qualified for position, but then I hear later from employer we ended up choosing another candidate for the position....Why does this keep happening? I am a graduate from college with a degree for the career I am applying for. If it's experience, then how do you get it??????? You have to start some where right???

1. don't be upset u'll fined a job. we all faced this problem but un the end we got what we want..... hint: search for a small company or business and apply there forget the high posts first.good luck
2. yeah i have the exact same thing. However, i have been working in my first job after graduating from university for over 1 year. I even have one who wrote some good things about me in my profile so if I apply the next time to the company the HR would read the note they left. I think they say that to everyone they don't ended up hiring as a nice way to say we have hired someone else.
