How to become successful in cosmetology?

so i am 28 now and didnt live up to my goals/dreams in my 20's so i'm going to go into cosmetology school to become a hairdresser. my question is after i get my license how to i become successful. i hear about people all around paying $200+ for cuts and color. so how do these hairdresser get there name so powerful and make tons of money?

1. Experiance, Working in a High End Salon, and keeping yourself educated. Work in a Salon for a year or two, Gain some experiance, Then find work in a High End Salon. High End Salons are the ones that cost $200 for a Color and whatnot. And keep yourself educated, Go to Classes for licensed Cosmetologists.
