Was it Happy Feet or Surfs up where the fat leader penguin had the pop rings around his neck?

For a project I need pictures of Antarctica animals dead from flotsam and i cant find many pictures. Who was the fat penguin in either happy feet or surfs up where they would bring him the pebbles and he would answer there questions. he had the pop rings around him and was suffocating. Maybe it was a different movie but i need to know the name of the movie it was from and the penguins name.

  11. it was happy feet. because i watched that movie so many times i can't count. but yes it was hapopy feet. the leader was fat and small. he was choking with them around his neck. so he had to get them off before he died. he survived at least.
