What are some restaurants that sing happy birthday?

So my sister's b-day is coming up, and she wants to go to a restaurant where they sing happy birthday to the customers. I'm looking for chain restaurants (everything but Applebee's) or cute restaurants in the San Diego area. If you do not live near/in San Diego, you can still give me some options. Thanks!
