Where can i get someone in a animal suit to sing happy birthday to my cousin?

So its going to be my cousins birthday and hes got a weird sense of humor. he doesnt laugh at much but i know he will at this. Where can i get someone in gorilla suit or a clown or something to come and sing him happy birthday?
