I suffer from immense social anxiety. However, late in the night, I seem to develop this confidence and happiness, and I want to share it with everyone, but the only places left at this time of night are bars and other similar places. This happiness never carries over after I have slept. I wake up with anxiety and depression every morning and it takes all day to get past it. How can I maintain my good feelings through sleep, so I can wake up ready to share my day with everyone?
