doesn't a business owners deserve to make a alot of money when successful?

i am temping at a business currently and a few coworkers expressed that the owner pays himself way to much in comparison with what he pays the rest of us and they resent the fact that he has a Porsche and they drive crappy cars. I feel that he deserves to enjoy the riches that his risks have created?

1. They're just being bitter and jealous. Ignore them. I agree with you. It's his money to do with as he pleases. If he runs his own company into the ground, that's his prerogative. If he doesn't pay them enough, they can quit. Good luck! :0)
2. That's the world we live in today. He started the business; he took the risks and now he reaps the rewards. That's the way it should be. If they don't like it they should quit
3. As long as he is honest in his business dealings, you can do what he wants with his money. If the workers don't like their pay, they can quit and work for another company.
