What exactly is the difference between white collar happy hour and blue collar happy hour?

Happy Hour ... the time when workers get off work and go out for some drinks. What exactly is the difference between those who work white collar jobs when going out to happy hour and those who work blue collar jobs when going out to happy hour?

Usually, the place is a bit more expensive, but drunks are drunks. Your income level or status has nothing to do with how you act when you are drunk, or even if you do drugs or not. I heave learned this over the years.
