Breeders response: true or not true?

So I asked the breeder (who I love in almost every other way) why the puppies poop smells bad and it soft and she said she is giving them body balance life force before and after their shots and this is why. true/not true? They also do not offer a guarantee against communicable disease. Most breeders do for 72 hours after pup leaves. I really love the puppy but my head is making me question ... thoughts?

1. it sounds legit but watch to make sure its having soft stools and not diarrhea there is a difference and for young dogs diarrhea is not a particularly good sign. but not life threatening.
