How can I get a happy birthday message up on the marquee board at Old Trafford for a Manchester United match?

When I was last at Old Trafford in 2007 there was a scrolling text board which had messages such as happy birthday. I'd like to know how to get a message shown on the board. Thanks! Do you think I'm a moron? Of course I've been on Man Utd's website. Throw me a friggin bone.
