Do nurses have time for a life away from work?
Like for hobbies such as theatre? Or teaching a drama class on the side? Or taking art classes and dance classes? Can a person who's a registered nurse strike a good balance between work and having a creative life on the side? Or do the vast majority feel bogged down by work and have little to no energy for creativity after a days work is done? If you have any personal examples, or know someone that would be great to hear!

- A nurse can have a normal life just like most people. Many hospitals have 12-hr shifts that means a normal week is 3 days or 36 hrs that's less than a "typical" 9-5: 5 day a week job. Many people do work overtime but that's by choice. Heck with the shifts I work I can get a week off with out ever having to take vacation time, so long as I can get my 3 shifts at the beginning of one week and the next week get them all at the end of the week. So yes there is time for a personal life.
