Why doesn't my stuff sell on Ebay? Its all name brands and CHEAP?

I been selling on Ebay for a while. I have tried 3 different stores trying to find the best things to sell. I have sold adult toys which was hard cuz Ebay is so strict on what you can and cant show and say when it comes to adult stuff. So that store ended. Then it was Disney stuff and that was only successful at Halloween time cuz of the costumes. That ended. Now its name brand clothing like Aeropostale, Abercrombie, Hollister etc and my stuff is DIRT CHEAP and it still doesnt sell!! My shipping is very close to exact so I end up not getting reimbursed for time to the post office, supplies like tape and envelopes, boxes, stuffing, etc. A lot of sellers overprice shipping and they still sell their stuff! So why isnt my stuff selling? I even have stuff for .99 and it still doesnt sell. I just paid $140 in seller fees and I still owe another $100 and if I dont sell stuff QUICK to pay the $100 I will be suspended. Heres an example.. I have boxes and boxes of new stuff to list but until I pay the $100 I am on hold and I cant list anything...but how do I pay it if I cant sell anything??? HELP

3. Try selling them to a plato's closet or Charlotte's Room instead. www.charlottesroom.com , they may not pay as much but you avoid seller fee's and you get paid via paypal within 48 hours of them recieving it as long as they are in good condition. I've been selling my clothes there forever.
