In high school and don't know what i want to be when i grow up?
All i wanna do is travel. I don't want a boring career and a mediocre life. I just want to see the world. But society always looks down on this kind of perspective. Because apparently the only way you can lead a happy and successful life is if you have a well paying career. What do you think?

- i think if that's what you wanna do then go for it, that sounds like a lot of fun and adventure, i'm a junior (11th) and only have a general idea of what i want to do. i do know i want to play around for a year after high school before i start college for whatever it is i decide to do. best of luck to you - joe
- I'm a senior in college and I don't know what I want to be when I grow up. Give it some time- study something you love in college and see where that takes you.
- You can travel if you want. But, I'd say that travelling will be much more fun if you have the money to get you from A to B. You would probably make a great travel agent. Usually, the agent goes to the place before sending a customer there to make sure they will have a good time. You'd get to travel AND you'd get money! =]
- that's rubbish. I've traveled from the arctic circle to Abu Simbel. All over north africa, spain, the netherlands, scandinavia, switzerland, france, italy, greece, germany, england, wales...I LIVED in England for 6 months, just to see what life in another country was like...and I sure AS HELL ain't rich. I had AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE! TWO YEARS. As an electronic technician. Who cares about money? Collecting EXPERIENCES is the ONLY THING you get to keep when you're knock, knock, knockin' on heaven's door.
