What should I do?
When I went into the work world 2 years ago I was full of optimism and successful dreams. I was going to be a mold maker. It went well for a while we were getting 48 hours a week and everyone was happy untill work slowed down we got 32 hour weeks and More work I was miserable working there so at the end of my contract I just didnt renew it. So I got a retail job at a big store that paid more only problem was the work load was impossible You just can't humanly lift that much, everything was bulk. So I got in fights with my bosses and at the end of the season we all got laid off and never called back. So now I just have a hard time even thinking of getting a job I hate working for A&& holes Ive had enough, what can I do to make money and be half happy. I hate working my but off for substandard pay and I never get the credit I don't know were to start. I am just lost don't know were to go from here. Pretty good answers guys I might just roll the dice and go for the hole thing. Be my own boss and then I can treat young people like me with respect they deserve. As a boss your responsibilities should be to lead not yell and look down on workers. The general gets off the chopper first and gets back on last.

- Quit being such a bitch and just do what ever you want you fuckin cry baby
- its your attitude about work dude. i can feel your disgust for "working for the man" from here
- Welcome to the real world. Remember always that unless you have an education or get really lucky you will always owe part of you day to a job you most likely do not like or get little satisfaction from. That is why education is so important, it makes it easier to pave your way. We all get stuck in jobs we dislike at some point, but responsibilities keep us there. Keep seeking a profession you would enjoy and put your resume in at every opportunity you have. Another approach is to go into business for yourself. It is risky, but then you have some freedoms that working for another would allow you. I don't know what to tell you kid.. keep your chin up and just keep on keepin' on.
- welcome to the workforce!!!!! firstly you need to decide on what industry you would be the happiest working in, broaden your job search, l have been a cook and disability support worker for 15yrs and never thought of doing retail up until now, and love it, could just be needed a change of atmosphere but enjoying being able to talk to the public, also sometimes you need to take a pay drop and be happy in what you spend doing as your at work more than any other place, so dont get too disheartened as this is life, it will get better you just need to work out what you want
- 2 choices.... Start your own business in whatever would make you happy ....or.... go back and work for some one else. Just because you had one or two bad experiences, doesn't mean that every job or every boss you have will be bad. Think about your attitude. Maybe it's not them, maybe it's YOU!! or maybe your expectations are TOO HIGH!!! EVERYONE has got to start somewhere.....unfortunately it's always at the bottom of the ladder. To think of ALL the possible jobs out there, it just seems ridiculous to me that you've already given up.
- When get the work devide the load to make it light and easy to handle. And keep your work.
- Welcome to the world of a hard days work for a hard days pay. If you think you are badly done to then just keep scouting around the vacancies till you finally get the job you want with the pay that you expect. If you find it then let me know. because I never did find the perfect job with the perfect wage packet
- You sound like you have anti-social tendencies.. Your life will always suck if you do not adjust your attitude. You can not control others actions or words -- only your own.. So, happy life or miserable one -- your call.
