Stress in lowerbelly when trying to meditate?

Hey i get Stress in the lower part of my belly when i try to relax/meditate. Its like it has a life of its own it just cramps down there and stresses the heck out of me. I somentimes feel like grabbing a knife and stab it so the stress will go away in that area :S (i also did a chackratest wich might show in what state your chakras are and my root chakra and the rest of the aswell are very low in energie, thats what it said. But how can u even Balance your chakra's when its impossible to relax and meditate?) Dont tell me not to try and force things cause im not, i just feel it constantly even as i type this. Its just there in my lower belly and its stressing the @# out of my body. Also dont tell me to do exercise because when i exercise it just leaves me tired and it comes right back after i quit exercising... more awnsers please!!

  1. This may not sound like a real answer...but it is. Maybe you have to go to the bathroom. When you meditate and relax it is going to losen things up down there...may just have to poop.

  3. Recheck your posture, and take some meditation time to focus on letting your abdomen relax. Try different meditation positions too. _()_
