How does this sound if I want to sign the bottom of a bday card "Happy Birthday from a crush"?

does this make it sound like I like the guy, or should I change it to "Happy Birthday, from a friend with a crush" to make it more clear?

2. I'd go with the second the "Happy Birthday, from a friend with a crush" I think it's clearer and it sounds better. I'm assuming you wont be signing your name?
