How can I be successful in life?

I love politics, I want to be a leader, and I've been told I am very political and have charisma. As well I also have the ability to persuade people to do what I desire. I even can manipulate. Is there anyway I can be successful? Even with my obsolete methods? If so, please tell me how!

  1. You must find people with similar interests who are both interested and dedicated, people who can do your dirty work, and plot out a strategy for power. It may take many years but with your talent anything is possible. I wish you all the luck in the world!
  2. If you really had it in you, you wouldnt be on f-king yahoo answers now would you?:
  3. Do what you love and be with people you can trust.
  4. Work hard, always position yourself to gain from you and your associates ventures, be ruthless when dealing with opposition. When it comes to politics avoid the liberal scene it may be whats "in" right now but in the not so distant future there will be a right wing backlash and that will be the path for many to come to power.
  5. If you want to be successful, always remember ethics is probably the most important... I've heard the saying..all politics are local..so I would start off looking at working with your local city council in some capacity Learn how to run a city first...then move on to state..an then federal The one thing I've always learned is true is you must pay your dues. You have to invest the years in it if its what you want, then learn from everything and grow So many think opportunity is something that just falls out of the sky, an many times opportunity is dressed in coveralls and involves hard work Oh also I forgot, your going to need a degree in law or political science I believe.
  6. I would love to vote for a politician that didn't make promises he couldn't possibly deliver. Every one always promise to stop crime. Really? How can that possibly happen? How can one person do that?
