how do you become successful in life?
Some people say work hard but I know a lot of people that work hard and don't have what they want and are not successful. So what is the key to success? Is it intelligence?

- It's different for everyone. Everyone has a different ideal future, that would qualify them as being successful, and getting there is the whole point of living.
- Not by sitting in-front of a computer asking/answering dumb questions that is for sure.
- it is a mix of working hard and determination! you dont need intelligence to do everything. well some:) and my dad always tells me that most of the successful people were just there at the right time! like for opertunities and stuff:)
- Intelligence on its own just makes you miserable. You need to be driven and have goals in life otherwise intelligence is a burden.
- Planning the future properly . intelligence hard work genetic factors the type of friends circle we maintain devotion towards the work All these factors contribute to a persons future.
- My boyfriend became obsessed with science, specifically neuroscience (the science of the brain), theoretical physics and cosmology, after he finished school (somewhat hastily not to mention inebriated). He hated school because "They were forced to learn crap", and performed poorly despite being highly intelligent. Now he's bouncing around the place like Buddha in a bouncing castle due, so he claims, to the fact that the "Knowledge of how he works (his brain specifically) allows him to modulate his emotional functioning, and knowledge of the deeper meaning of things from cosmology means that he doesn't have anything essential to his existence to dwell on. In his case, knowledge appears to have been a decisive factor in his success, both in terms of his peace of mind and his career. I'm still working on success in my own life, and so far I can't really complain.
- Find something you love. Your passion. Then just go from there. You should probably go to college.
