Why am I so happy on days I drink coffee in the morning? Please read description?

I'm often tired and sleepy and lame for high school, because I don't get enough sleep. However, coffee makes me energetic and sociable, obviously because of the caffeine. Not only that, but I also generally feel a state of happiness, more confidence, and less anxiety (especially social anxiety/shyness). I believe it might be a placebo effect, but how do I make myself feel like this all the time without coffee?

  1. That's what caffeine does. If a cup of coffee gets you going in the morning don't stop drinking it. But, you also need to try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a night and find healthy ways to manage your stress. Caffeine alone isn't going to solve your problems.
