Can someone help me write happy lyrics?

I can't seem to write anythig but sad, depressing, morally strong songs. I just want something that's fun to perform that I can say I wrote. The music is good, but my lyrics suck.

2. You shouldn't write happy lyrics until you truly feel happy...because then anything else you write about being happy if you aren't, because then your lyrics aren't truthful. i hope this helped at least a little bit. Please answer my questions if you get a chance (:
3. lyrics are hard to write if you force them... they sort of have to come to you out of nowhere. Quit thinking and it works better.
