Anyone have any success feeding Vitamin B1 to reduce nervousness in horses? How much should I give?

I have a coming 9 year old Trakehner mare who is the Alpha mare in the herd, who becomes anxious when removed from her pasturemate to work. In general, she is high strung. Anyone feed any type of Vitamin B supplement with success? How much per body weight did you feed?

1. We've used B's to help with allergies on my Trakehner mare, who is also an alpha, that's so weird. I use mare magic to keep her calm, it seems to help out pretty well. I used it on my first pony too. For both mares it seemed to help some.
2. I use Vita-B1 Crumbles. it comes with a scooper I give my gelding 1 scoop w/ feed at night before the show and in AM feeding day of show. works great still plenty of energy when you need it. I find it more effective when he gets it the day before. I don't think it works if you just give it to them as soon as you need it or a couple hrs before either. it takes time
