Since all SMART people know that it is going to take a TOTAL effort from all branches?
of Govt. to make us a better Country, which candidate will be more successful working with the other side? Will Reps work more with Obama or will Dems work more with McCain? What say you?

- McCain will be able to get support from the other side of the aisle much more easily than Obama. McCain has a proven track record of bi-partisanship. Obama is a wild card we really know nothing about. BTW, thanks. This is the first intelligent question I've seen on here this morning.
- I really think McCain will have a better shot. He's closer to one of those reagan democrats than any of the people with a d after their name have been in a long time.
- Senator Barack Obama will work better with the Republicans. The Democrats can't and won't trust McBush!
- Democrats will not work with mcsame. 1. Mathematically, the republicans haven't contested enough seats to get a majority in the house. 2. Mathematically the republicans could possibly take the majority in the senate but it is highly unlikely. So the house and senate will be democrat and nothing will get done with mcsame.
- McCain. He's had much more experience than Obama and I feel he's more diplomatic.
- I say McCain. He is more conservative on some issues and more liberal on others. Obama leans to the left on every issue that is important to conservatives.
- the congress of the united states has become an institution whose only purpose is to gain and maintain power at any cost to the people or the government. republican or democrat, male or female, they are all cought up in such a racket they have becomes slaves to the hunger for power and their own personal wealth.
- I don't think that the Dems are very cooperative with the Reps and I think it stems from everything that happened while Clinton was in the White House. I think the Reps will be more cooperative with Obama........
