How to check marriage records in Vietnam?

Hi all, may i know how to check marriage records in Vietnam? Thanks for your help:)

1. See if Vietnam has a counsolate office there. That would be a good place to start. If not, try checking with your local foriegn affairs office. They may have a way to help you.
2. Go to the Court House there, and check the records yourself. They are free, and open to the public I'm sure. Good Luck!
