Does anyone out there work for Mass Mutual?

Does anyone out there work for Mass Mutual? My husband has had two interviews, and he really seems to like it, but we were wondering if it allows for a very good work life balance and how stressful it tends to be.

1. Not stressful at all. Pretty easy stuff
2. I dont work for them but I have read that they are highly rated as a company amongst other companies.
3. They have some of the highest financial strength ratings so they're a good company. Being an insurance agent for any company can be stressful, especially if he has no experience.
