Anyone know any good retail companies to work for? GUESS??? Victoria's Secret?

I'm looking for a full time management position. I'd like a job that has a good work/life balance. Right now I'm looking into GUESS or Victoria's Secret. Anyone have any info or any suggestions?? Thanks!
