- Helps a lot if you are not stressed
- dumb bosses or haven;'t a clue/ or are c#nts. Lack of leadership, morale and direction. Also lack of communication and encouragement i imagine could cause stress and obviously large volumes of work would stress people as well. Physical exercise and sorting out home life would help you excel in the work place. Yoga as well as physical exercise wouold be good too.
- Try googling (oops, sorry - looking up on google) "Fish Philosophy", that will give you some ideas of a wellness strategy that some of the larger companies use to combat stress and promote better workplaces.
- work stress is middle management not having a clue what they are trying to invoke in the fellow worker. stress is caused by peers and people who think they are your peers (management). lack of material, poor organsiation are key facts to a company going insolvent.
- It is literally, other people. They have a far greater effect on your health than smoking or drinking.
- THERE IS STRESS IN EVERYONE'S LIFE, WE CREATE IT OURSELVES, OR IT IS CREATED BY OTHERS UPON US!!!!!! THE SECRET TO MANAGING IT LIES WITHIN OURSELVES!!!! IT HELPS A LOT TO RECOGNIZE THAT WE CAN LIMIT IT BY OUR OWN THOUGHTS, FEELINGS, AND EMOTIONS WHEN WE ARE CONFRONTING IT!!!!!!! WE CAN SUCCESSFULLY OVERCOME IT BY CHOOSING TO MANAGE HOW WE REACT TO IT!!!!!!
- One of the things that I've found useful in reducing stress and making the work-life balance more bearable is the use of the words please and thank you from time to time rather than just giving an order. A bit of politeness costs nothing.
- Being asked to do some-one else HOMEWORK ...
