Successful Liberals? How about running your businesses in a Socialistic fashion?

Yes, just like you want to run country? On your payroll you must have employees that do nothing, but receive larger and larger checks and complain all day? Make your top employees pay for their healthcare, loans, housing and food? Allow employees to have a Union, they get twice as many paid holidays, you get forced into paying higher wages, you can't fire them and they sue you every chance they get? The Union has monthly meetings to discuss conditions, things employees are unhappy about and their wages? How long do you think you would stay in business? do all c0ns have a lobotomy, How many are you paying that do nothing? Why are you not letting the employees decide how much they make like you are supposed to?

  1. But you're assuming that liberals favor socialism to begin with. We don't. That's just your fantasy about what liberals believe, so we're really not obligated to play along with it.
  2. I don't work.
  3. Some business owners do. They give a percentage of the profits to their employees and their employees according to merit earn a percentage of the business after they have worked there for a while. It has proven a worthwhile method. Large corporations do it as well, they call them stock options. :)
  4. that's exactly why there are no "successful" libs..
  5. Come now, you know liberals have no common sense.....
  6. Bill Gates and Steve Jobs would never run their companies like that. They just tell the Radical Extreme Leftists to run The United States of America like that.
  7. I am a successful liberal and run my own business unlike 99% of the conservative chumps on here I pay my employees well, I provide excellent health insurance but they participate in the cost, I pay holidays and have better than average vacation policy for my employees, I take care of my employees so they do not need or want a union I rarely have to fire people they like to work here our turn over rate is near Zero. Only 1 person in the last 3 years. I will stay in business as long as I want because I treat my customers and my employees fairly
  8. Henry Ford ran the Ford motor co on socialist principle's. All the profits he made were put back into the company providing higher wages, better hours, and good health-care.. He had the notion a better looked after workforce led to better productivity and greater innovation. Coca Cola also had this idea of "spreading the wealth" , but they called it franchising. Hmm..!
