I set up a program at least between 10 to 12 out of 168 hours a week for study time. I filled two timetables, one of them is before starting college and the other one is a day when I was at college. Procedure: I set a program for myself where I allocated two hours each morning to working on the daily homework, and all my activities during that time have to relate to the homework. Generally I have worked out and prepared weekly activity schedule plan that I will able to control the time allocated for my tasks in every single hour. Finding: I found it is a good idea to have own time management and the time management is a key to success planning as well as protecting the planned time and then stick to it. It is chiefly about conditioning our environment, rather than allowing our environment to condition us. I set up 83.5 % of my time that can not be change daily (Fixed) and have to follow it as a rule, it includes: •Sleeping •Cooking •Eating •Bath/Shower •College time •Washing/Ironing • Although, I decided to study 40.5% of my time which contains: •Doing homework •Researching topics •Reviewing the subjects •And other tasks Also made 38% of my time flexible as (moveable time) means I can do the things which I need to do but I did not make a time for it suck as •Urgent tasks •Cleaning Meanwhile I left 7%. Of my time extra I called (Leisure time) that I can enjoy it with my family to: •Get a rest •Have fun Conclusion: I think time management is one of the important things that we can achieve our goals by, if I have a right timetable to follow so I can prepare mine to obtain the goals. As I have family and a baby, means I have more responsibility to cope with. It helps me prioritise my work once I have a list of things that I need to tackle and gain control it is easer to know where to go and what to do first. I also feel it is a good idea that I can balance my life with my study time. As a result I learnt to set my goals daily, which I would have to accomplish by the end of the day. I discovered that it was critical that I know exactly what I was doing. I established that time management is an essential skill that helps me to keep my work under control, at the same time that it helps me keep stress to a minimum. I want to declare that before the college I had to rush and mix my works together to do them daily, however now I have plan and schedule for things sensibly and logically and then I want to mention that I try to kill several birds with one stone by my new time slot regarding to do things on time nicely and perfectly Once schedule it's easy to keep it going; many of the slots will repeat. You'll also notice monthly patterns too Recommendations: •I recommend 2 hours in the early morning, is great to memorise some subject which needs to. •I think 2 hours time slot daily is nice to motivate my self my doing some house work and enjoy playing with my little. •I think we cannot discover new oceans until we have the courage to lose sight of the shore so I think I have to work hard if I want to achieve my goals. •I feel happy if I try learning more daily with doing more homework and reviewing, the more I learn the more confident I will become. •I think separating 1 to 2 hours daily can develop a balanced program that provides pleasurable leisure activities as well as work. If I feel pleasant, I will add more fun in my daily schedule. •I assume, if I can accomplish even part of my schedule, it will give me some satisfaction points.
