Are happy people suppose to hide their happiness from others?

People say that you shouldn't rub your happiness into other peoples face, but what are you suppose to do? Hide your happiness from people who are not happy? It's not that person's fault if another person's life is not going so good.

1. there's a big difference between being happy and rubbing it in someone's face. if you're happy then go for it, no need to hide it. but if you're gonna be a jerk about it and rub it in someone's face, then that's pretty rude and yes, people will get annoyed.
2. Hello, No, you are better to keep it under mums. Misery loves company and if these people be they friends, acquaintances or co-workers see you are happy, have a great family and wonderful life style they will do there best to bring you down a notch or two. 3. I actually get angry with myself when I get overly excited and flood people with my emotions. I keep telling people to calm down when in reality, i'm the one who should calm himself down.
