How to wish a happy birthday to a friend who passed away?

A friend of mine passed away. Today is his birthday. What is the sweetest way to wish him a happy birthday? Thanks!

2. If he was buried at a plot, maybe bring something and leave it at his grave. Mainly just do it in the best way that satisfies you.
