Is the statue of the Fonz from Happy days still in Milwaukee Wisconsin?

If it is still there could you please give me directions on where it is so I can drive there to see it. Happy Days is my all time favorite old show that is still on TV. When I heard about the Fonz Statue I wanted to go and see it and to this day I have not gotten a chance to go and see it yet.
