  1. For this type of job they will probably ask you past experience type questions like: - Tell us about a time you had a angry customer/patient and how you handled it? - Tell us about a time you had a problem with a coworker and how you handled it? - What are you strengths? Weaknesses? - How you handle working in a busy environment? Since the job description includes billing/coding, they may ask you about ICD 9, CPT, reimbursement It also includes transcription so they may ask if you know medical terminology and any specific transcription software programs Important on an interview, if you get stuck, just smile and tell them you are a little nervous and they usually are pretty understanding and will allow you to collect your thoughts. good luck
