What quotes are these actually? They are rewritten but still retain the same meaning?

Can you tell me the actual WORD FOR WORD quotes these are with the person who said it? Thanks! 1.) Dying is like sleeping, but then you have to think about what dreams might come when you fall asleep, and that's the problem. 2.) When a nation is strong, it is not always just. And when justice becomes a trait, it loses some of its strength. 3.) The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to work under pressure, a willingness to work flexible hours, have at least a bachelor's degree and three years' experience, and sincerely wish to be of service to others.

  1. The first quote is from Shakespeare's Hamlet: Devoutly to be wish'd. To die, to sleep; To sleep, perchance to dream. Ay, there's the rub; For in that sleep of death what dreams may come. The other two are not famous statements but can be improved.
