Who are those characters on Happy Birthday Cards?

there are two little animals or charcters on these cards. One is pink and the other is green, and they are both very hyper. They are the ones that talk alot. Does anyone know there name or what kinda card it would be on, like the brand?

4. HOOPS AND YOYO! I LOVE THEM! they are by hallmark but they have like a seperate hoops and yoyo branch. they have a bunch of diffrent cards, all of them sing to. i was listening to one today that i got for my birthday a while ago! it sings to me a happy birthday song while they jump rope!
