When someone wishes you a "happy birthday" on facebook are you supposed to write "thank you"?

Because I have like 400 people wishing me a happy birthday and it's going to be a real pain to write "thank you" to all of them!!!

1. i usually "like" them all and then comment thank you to them :)
2. Just make a status update that say: "Hey everyone, I get it, it's my birthday. Now **** off."
3. You post a general 'share' on your page thanking everyone for their salutations.
4. for your status thank everyone for the birthday wishes
5. haha you can if you want to! But I know that most of my friends who get birthday wishes from a ton of friends (like you) just make their status something along the lines of, "thanks for the bday wishes everyone!!"
6. Put your sttus as "THANK YOU EVERYONE WHO WISHED MY HAPPY BIRTHDAY! LOVE YOU ALL!"
7. You could either, - Like each of the posts - Make a status update saying 'Thanks for the birthday wishes everyone! :)" - You could write thank you on each one but like you said it would be a pain Happy Birthday by the way :D
