I want to make a flash animation to wish a happy birthday to my cousin, any ideas?

I kinda didn't call her to wish happy birthday, actually the way events turned out I kept forgetting and when I did get her number and remember it was already too late (time difference) so it's been 2 days and I feel really bad about it and don't know what to say. I thought if I made something in Flash or a drawing that I could send it to her and tell her happy late birthday but I need ideas. What's a cool way to wish happy birthday?

1. There are a number of online card makers on the internet that can make online cards for you. Most of them have pictures and images, I'm not sure if any of them do flash. You would probably have to code that yourself.
