Is there an app on facebook that will send birthday wishes automatically?

Except for very close friends, I never know when ppls Birthdays are and Im not good at checking whose birthdays are coming up on my Facebook. Not to mention, I dont spend a lot of time on the site. I pop in just long enough to answer messages or wall posts so I was wondering if there was a way to wish friends a Happy Birthday automatically? Thanks
