What does the saying 'sit on a happy face' mean

1. It's referring to and encouraging male to female oral sex. A happy face is one being "sat" on in the sense that female sexual organs are pressed down upon it, and the male is enjoying the intimacy of this activity while giving pleasure to the woman sitting, who is hopefully enjoying herself more. I don't think any position possible while providing female to male oral sex could be described as sitting. Unless the woman is small and light this position could be very uncomfortable for the man and since in this country most people are obese it is rarely performed by adults so I would surmise this meme is only for thin people, which consists mostly of the young and beautiful.
