I'm actually under the average weight for a woman my height and weight but I'm not skinny. Junk food is the love of my life but I try to balance my diet as much as I can. I eat the junk but make sure I get my exercise and eat fruits/veggies. I also love soda,I used to not touch it but I've become "addicted" to it recently. I still drink juice(cranberry,apple,fruit punch,etc) but I have to have at least 40oz of soda a day(two 20oz bottles). Sometimes I force myself to drink water in place of the juice and soda but not often. I might drink 10oz of water a day on an average day. To help myself drink more water I bought a reusable bottle that holds 20oz. Given that I most likely will still drink the soda like I already am,how much water should I drink? I don't want to make myself sick from drinking too much water but I'm kind of worried about my body since I don't ever have a thirst for just water.
