What is the secret to work/life balance?
I want to do the best job I can at work but there are so many fun things to do outside of work? What are the best techniques to acheiving the right balance for success in both areas? Looking for something revolutionary that will really rock the boat.

- Win the Lottery
- Death. Only then will they matter equally.
- Do what you love and make that your work.
- work as hard as you can but play even harder listen to your heart and dreams but also listen to what your body is telling you. ease up only if you feel you need to go all out because life is very short and you can't redo it
- It seems to me that people just go to work with the wrong attitude actually. It's always this downer, and goes slow and people can't wait to get out of there. Can you imagine not feeling this way about work? I mean being able to get up and go to work to get what we need is actually a privilage despite how most see it, so taking it as that surely doesn't hurt. But what's the real trick? We force our minds into the habit of thinking "work sucks, I can't wait for the weekend" but we don't have to. Something I would look into is something the Dalai Lama wrote called, "The Art of Happiness at Work" I mean you keep looking outside of work for happiness, and you want a balance, so why not be happy everywhere? It's absolutely possible, and in my sources is a book that you can get as cheap as $1.62. If what you're doing now isn't working, why not try something new?
