Any recommendations on a great inspiring book on work-life balance that I can give my hard-working staff?
Ideally a book that's a quick read and includes tips for achieving healthy balance. Thanks.

- I don't think it's in book form but TD Jakes has a DVD, "The Ten Commandments of Working in a Hostile Environment." It's great.
- Dear Polo, The best book that you can give them is the Bible.
- That is a pretty clever idea. My boss gave out the book "Life Balance: How to Convert Professional Success into Personal Happiness" to us last Christmas, and we loved it. It is filled with good tips and anecdotes about how working hard is important, but that it does not need to be at the expense of your personal life. You can see it here. http://www.amazon.com/Life-Balance-Professional-Happiness-Consultant/dp/0787955094/sr=1-4/qid=1165412007/ref=sr_1_4/102-2826545-6885762?ie=UTF8&s=booksinsuranceforu-20 If you were looking for a cheaper book, this one is not bad. NOt nearly as good as Alan Weiss's, but still a good read. http://www.amazon.com/Fundamentals-Work-Life-Balance-Erica-Chick/dp/1562863827/sr=1-6/qid=1165412007/ref=sr_1_6/102-2826545-6885762?ie=UTF8&s=booksinsuranceforu-20 It is called "Fundamentals of Work- Life Balance"
