How I become a successful real estate agent in LA?

I'm 18 years old & go to community college. My goal is to move to LA (Beverly Hills area) & be a real estate agent. Hopefully a successful one! Are there any good schools in that area that I should look in to? & any tips?

1. LA sucks.
2. Unless you already know people there with money and they already trust you to handle their investments this is NOT going to happen. Everyone there works with people they know and trust, not young strangers.
3. real estate agents spend their first few years working under successful real estate brokers.
4. it could take you years until you make enough to even move out of your parents house you don't get a weekly paycheck - you only get paid when involved in a sale and you can go months between sales - especially as a beginner
