Success Happy

What makes an atheist happy and what makes a believer happy?

I think atheists are happy because they don't have a higher purpose or calling to fulfill but can devote their entire existence to the pursuit of happiness and pleasure.... And I think belivers are happy because they are able to love their friends and family just as much as they love their boyfriends or girlfriends.

  1. I think everyone should be happy to just be LEFT ALONE to believe what they believe and not mind what others are believing.
  2. I'm happy because I'm free.
  3. Well I'm sure the answer changes from person to person, but for me, my happiness comes from the challenge of the day and the love of my friends and family. Additional Detail: oops, forgot to mention I'm an atheist.
  4. Atheists are happy because they're taking the easy road. Believers are happy because they focus on the light at the end of the tunnel.
  5. ANYthing- that make the Other- Unhappy. ;)
  6. So, because I do not believe in any gods I cannot love my friends and family as much as my girlfriends? You are very incorrect.
  7. Believers are happy because they can sin endlessly and devote their entire lives to the pursuit of happiness and pleasure because they are "saved" and "god" will always take them to "heaven" if they repent at the last minute. Atheists are happy because they live this life to the fullest and are able to fully love and appreciate their friends, family, and boyfriends/girlfriends because this is the only life they get to spend with them and they need to make it count. Blessings on your Journey!
