Work-life balance challenge being a mom?
I'm finding it difficult to balance my work life and my home life now that I am a new mom. I've recently gone back to work full time and all of a sudden, managing my time is harder than ever. I'd like advice on how to best make use of my time at work with the same amount of work but the increasing amount of doctors appointments and general errands.

- Hi there, If there's someone at your company that you can give some of your work to, try that. Also, I set up all my bills to be paid automatically online which saved me lots of time. You might try doing all of your errands on your lunch hour. I found a great article about this very subject on OfficeArrow.com. See the article in the source list. Hope it helps, Anna :)
- Eventually you just get used to it. I try and do as much stuff as possible when the kids are down (cleaning, cooking, shopping), so that my other time can be focused on them. I couldn't imagine doing it on my own though. I also frequently have to count on others, like my parents and siblings and in some cases friends. It really is only difficult when they are so young. I've got 3 and after 5 years they are a breeze (for the most part).
- I am a young mother with 2 babies but i do my best to cope by allowing my parents, sibblings, friends to help. Sometimes, if these people are not there, I pay someone to help with as much as he/she can; that is, if I see that the week is going to be very busy. If I can't get any help, i quietly do want i can and let the rest be. Well, it's surprising you have time to get to play with your computer! Cheers, you will get use to it after a while.
- I'm in the same position... I feel like I never have time to enjoy my baby because I'm always at work, taking her to the doctor, random appointments... I can't even get a dentist's apt for myself- no time! I really don't have any advice...
