How successful will I be at losing weight?

I weigh 118 llbs and I want to get to about 112 and get in shape. If i were to do an intense workout everyday, eat fruit, one major meal for dinner, and drink vegitable juice, how successful would I be? Any other tips on what I can do to help. Thanks!

  1. 6 lbs is 5% and that's not quite dieting .. it's really more of a toning and it's certainly attainable and realistic enough to maintain easily. Be careful on the intense workouts. While they burn calories, they also can affect metabolism, so for your situation, I would focus more on cardio (aerobics, jogging, etc.)
