How to thank people for wishing you a happy birthday?

So iz mah birthday today and on Facebook I got a lot of birthday wishes and I want to write back on there wall saying thank you. The problem is half of these people don't realy know me and only knew it was my birthday because facebook told them. It's easy to thank my friends my something witty and original because we share a lot of inside jokes but how should I thank the people I hardly know?

1. Just say thank you...? You don't have to make it long. Just say 'Thanks a bunch', or whatever.
2. "Thank you" or "thanks for the birthday wishes."
3. Just LIKE their post. That's what I do...
4. Just say Thank you (name). If there's someone who don't know just LIKE you don't have to answer xDD
5. You can "like" their birthday wishes to you. You can also post an individual, simple "Thank you!" as a comment following their greeting to you. You can also post a message thanking everyone for their birthday greetings. That "everyone" includes, of course, family, friends, and strangers!
6. Just "like" the posts and send a general Thank You post to everyone who wished you Happy Birthday. That will cover everyone. BTW - Happy Birthday - hope you had a blast.
